... may we grow up in all things into Him who is the head -- Christ -- from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

Ephesians 4:15-16

It is of paramount importance that as a local ecclesia in the earth, we lead as a prototype for other “churches” to make the transition to an authentic ecclesiastical expression. Ultimately, our role as a kingdom ecclesia is saying on earth what the Father has already spoken and authorized from the heavens.

Yahweh cut a covenant with Abram by dividing and placing pieces of a sacrifice through which Yahweh would travel as a smoking furnace/oven (fire) and a burning torch (light). To “possess the land” Yahweh gave to Abram as an inheritance for him and generations to come, Abram would have to be willing to submit elements of his life to the fire of destruction and refining to see and know Yahweh’s will on matters of great importance. Your life today is similar.

Context and perspective are the spiritual illuminators and revealers we need most right now in a world that is trying to tempt us to focus on the means that has no end or destination/purpose. To examine the parts without a plan or blueprint will lead to a lot of building with no home in which to live and express one’s life.

The means may justify the end in some cases, but the harsh reality is that the means should never become the end goal. It is said in the Scriptures Yahweh didn’t start until He finished and that’s a precedent we should all follow. So what is the original intention, the divine order of things and how can we expect to see all this fulfilled?
