Matt Joyce played 14 seasons with 8 different teams in Major League Baseball. He grew up in the Tampa area and went to Tropicana Field as a kid. Matt eventually played for the Rays and was an All Star. How he transitioned to life after baseball running F45 Training as well as broadcasting.
Rock has some entertaining stories of going back to New Jersey covering the Bucs and the Jets. Getting to see the Giants facility as well and reconnecting with Buddies he hasn’t seen since High School and a whole lot more!
