B.J. Daniels loved his time playing at QB at USF. He came back after a lengthy pro career and he couldn’t be happier. B.J. talks about the good ol days at USF – what it was like in the NFL and to get a Super Bowl Ring with the Seattle Seahawks. Daniels tells Rock why he made the switch from qb to wide receiver and B.J. has some advice for young football players.

Rock has a great story about covering USF in the Sun Bowl and partying in El Paso on New Years Eve with his best friend Whitney Johnson. Rock and The Whit Man hit a concert last week and it was like the good old days!
