Hi hi! In this episode I talk about how becoming more selfish is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I think a lot of us feel guilty for needing to take care of ourselves but there is no reason for that. Sometimes there are going to be periods of our lives where we are going to need to be a little more selfish with our time and energy and there is nothing wrong with that. You are not a bad person for needing time to prioritize yourself. I've struggled with this my whole life and I hope some of what we cover in this episode helps you if you are struggling with this too. ily xoxo
