5:05 pm: Michael O'Neill, Vice President of Legal Affairs at the Landmark Legal Foundation, rejoins the show to get his reaction to the Supreme Court decision today that invalidates the tariffs President Trump placed on companies that import goods to America. The court rejected the administration's move to implement tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
