Dr. Stephan Scoggins is a registered nurse, former U.S. Army commissioned officer, Oklahoma City Police Officer, and founder of ESTEEM, a behavioral health and motivational center. He specializes in life coaching, staff development, and provides a variety of state-certified continuing education classes. Dr. Scoggins has been a real estate professional for 25 years and is currently an associate broker with Esteem Team Properties. He is also a professional singer and comes from a talented family that includes his mother Minister Shirlie Scoggins, Sullivan, and his first cousins, The World Famous Tony Williams, and Kanye West.
