astor Kelvin L. Cobaris, a native of Orlando, Florida, is the loving and devoted spouse of Diedra Cobaris, and the proud father of Kelsey and Kyler Cobaris. Pastor Kelvin Cobaris is a child prodigy preacher and started preaching at the age of five.

Over the past thirty-plus years, Pastor Kelvin Cobaris has served the body of Christ in various capacities. He is currently serving as the proud Pastor of New Life Church in Central Florida, a multicultural and multigenerational church. He also serves as a member of the National Faith Advisory Board and as the International Revivalist and Urban Consultant for Church of God International Headquarters of Cleveland, Tennessee. He is the Founder and President of Bridge Builders Network, Inc., an ecumenical organization uniting cultures and generations for the advancement of God’s kingdom, and fulfilling the prayer of Christ, whose charge is to lead racial harmony and bring people together. “Father, make us one.” John 17:21.

Pastor Kelvin Cobaris has served as the Senior Pastor of multiple churches and planted ministries throughout the State of Florida. Additionally, he served as the State Evangelism & Home Missions Director for the Florida-Cocoa Executive Office of the Church of God (2002-2006) and has been elected to several non-profit and community boards. He is a noted speaker and has been placed in great demand at workshops, seminars, crusades, and conferences, both inside and outside of the United States; namely, Jamaica, Bahamas, Dubai, India, Australia, and South Africa.

In addition to being an internationally known speaker, Pastor Kelvin Cobaris is a proud graduate of the historical Jones High School in Orlando, Florida. He also earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University for Organizational Management. His education has assisted him in being a leading voice in the community as he is responsible for the development of several community-based organizations. His background coupled with his outspoken nature has catapulted him into the spotlight of massive crime prevention efforts in the city of Orlando. His commitment to social justice led to him being elected to serve as President of the African American Council of Christian Clergy (2016-2018), a member of the Orange County Public Schools Faith-Based Council and named as one of Orlando Sentinel’s 100 Influential Voices. In addition to advising various Presidential and political leaders, Pastor Kelvin Cobaris received the distinct honor and privilege of serving on The White House Office of Faith and Opportunity Initiative.

Though Pastor Kelvin Cobaris has consulted with U.S. Presidents and influential leaders of the world, he still manages to remain connected and relevant in his community; he is a man that is driven by purpose. He is dedicated to proclaiming the Word of God, winning the lost, and serving God’s people locally, nationally, and internationally.

Zoë Duncan has worked in the Florida Legislature, is an author and illustrator, serves as President of a nonprofit, and holds the title of Miss Seminole County 2025. She is passionate about public service, empowering young leaders, and building a strong, connected conservative community across Central Florida.
