Austin LeFevre is Real Estate Investor and business mogle. He owns a couple bed and breakfasts down in Bryce Canyon, and is a Senior Account Manager for Brand Makers, a top-tier national promotional products company located in northern Utah.  He is also, the man behind the "Warrior Ethos Life" blog/vlog on IG.  It was started years after his best friends committed suicide; he vowed to use that pain and loss to be an influence for good toward others. He worked for 10+ years as an intelligence analyst and consultant for the United States Air Force, NSA, DEA, and many other agencies. At one point he was a triple-certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach. He is a husband, father, and youth leader in his church.  Interests include fitness, food, cooking, movies, reading/writing, target shooting, baking pies, and great dad jokes.

Kyle was born in Miami, raised in New Orleans and eventually ended up in Utah after being forced out by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Kyle graduated High School in Utah and went on to attend Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he obtained a bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting. During college he started his first business named KPBM Bookkeeping a bookkeeping and accounting company.

After college he obtained his CPA license and went to work as an auditor for Deloitte, one of the Big 4 accounting firms, in the Salt Lake City office. After a long year and a half Kyle left Deloitte to be the Controller of an online marketing company named Adduco Media in Lehi, UT. It was during his time with Adduco that he started his second company Standout Home Buyers, a real estate investment company, and purchased his first property to flip.

After a couple years of working as a controller by day and building his Real Estate business at night, Kyle left Adduco and became a part owner in Elevated Title (a Real Estate Title Company) and acts as their CFO.

Kyle invests heavily in the Utah market, Flipping, wholesaling, building his rental portfolio, and commercial development. He has also started investing in Multifamily units in the state of Ohio. Recently buying an abandoned apartment building in Trotwood, Ohio. Over his 4 year investing career, Kyle has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions, accumulating 22 doors for his rental portfolio in the process.

Kyle is Married with 3 beautiful children. When he’s not spending time with his family, he enjoys playing basketball, old-man solfball, and pickleball.
