Born in Flagstaff, AZ and went to school in Ahwatukee AZ. Joined the Army as a 19D Cav Scout. In 2000 responded to the call to Served in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Did 8 year and then got out and moved back to Prescott, AZ. Went to work for the US Forest Service as a Hotshot in Prescott. Moved to Gilbert for with wife and daughter and after working in the corporate world for a few years, decided to become self employed and start a food truck. Opened the second truck 4 years later. Never give up mentality.

How he started his own business from scratch right after his military career.

The Mission of the “ Police Unity Tour ” is to raise awareness of those officers who die in the line of duty and to support the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Museum. Each May 10 thru 12, Members of Chapter VIII, participate in a 3-day, 250-mile bicycle Tour from Portsmouth Virginia to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington DC. How hard is to prepare for a grueling 250 mile ride and the preparation for it.

Former 12B Combat Engineer and US Army Drill Sergeant with 11 years of service to our great country. Marshall trains clients and does all of his own programming/training from his garage gym, Freak Animal Fitness. This Iron Sanctuary also known as the "Fungeon" is a small but efficient training ground that has yielded some of his greatest accomplishments in strength. ^ 2019- Arnold Classic Africa Pro/AM 105k (Strongman Corp), May 17-19,1st

I have been dancing for the past 20 years. Growing up just south of Chicago my training began in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, tumbling and contemporary. From there I began competing regionally and nationally from a very young age, receiving national awards and scholarships for group and solo work. After high school, I relocated to Arizona to pursue my dancing degree at Arizona State University. After graduating with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in Performance & Choreography, I decided to continue my training by trying out ballroom dancing at Fred Astaire Dance Studio. I trained and taught for four years on partnership dancing and competed professionally receiving top accomplishments regionally and nationally. -Tara Nicole

Defining the spirit of the MetalUrgency brand, our lead Designer, Paul “Anvil” O’Keefe, is a powerhouse of design inspired by a very different background. Paul is a 10 year Air Force Veteran, former MMA Heavyweight, and is non-stop in his drive to create and give back to our Nation’s Veterans and First Responders. After Ruck Marching across America with a team raising money for wounded veterans, Paul is leading the design effort for the purpose of giving back to these charities.

Following along on our new journey. I’ve had a lot of interest in how we remodeled our personal Rv trailer, how much money and work it takes to achieved it. I love interior design, making things beautiful and tiny spaces...so it is a perfect match! 😊
