In the first episode of season two, your host speaks to Ashley R. about the intersection of finance and global issues. Our wide-ranging conversation explores how individual choices, ethical investing, corporation ESGs, and the role of technology can help individuals have an impact on global issues. 

Ashley R. is in the early stages of developing a wealth management financial technology (fintech) start-up focused on empowering women. Prior to devoting her time to helping women gain financial literacy, Ashley led the overall marketing function including growth, education, and client engagement for Ethic, a fintech environemntal, social, and governance (ESG) asset manager. Throughout her seven year-long career in wealth management, Ashley held multiple leadership positions including leading product marketing and growth strategy for Morgan Stanley's Access Investing (MSAI), an automated investment platform. She is an honors graduate of the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania with a double concentration in marketing and entrepreneurship.
