This episode features Alejandro Meyers, who currently is the digital content + graphic design coordinator at Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx. 

At only 20-years-old, Alejandro shares his journey to NBA/WNBA by way of freelancing in high school, teaching himself skills from the iPad to Photoshop. Developing a strong urgency to create and meshing with sports seemed like the dream and has become his goal since he started drawing. It's not all rainbows, hear also how he was able to turn the rejections into more potential and become more confident in his craft, especially after taking a chance on himself after stepping after from college at The University of Texas' Rio Grande Valley, once the pandemic made classes online and thus began his dive into "what's next?"

In this episode we hear from Calee Williams, associate HR business partner at the Dallas Mavericks. Calee recalls everything that she has endured throughout her journey so far, including the monotonous grind of selling yourself, starting in the thick of the industry doing the "grunt work", and being able to fulfill more heightened response on personal connections over dollar signs. Calee has a plethora of accomplishments which she shares in this episode, to provide more insight into her journey and how it can help others reach their own goals whether in sales or any other area.

We hope you take away something from this episode and realize that we all are on our own paths, but we each have a similar goal and that is to be in sports.
