To anyone who is on this journey – know that my heart is with you always. Acne was something that single handedly destroyed my confidence, it was one of the worst battles of my life. It is a deep passion of mine to share my story, and what supported me to living with my most consistently clear skin ever. Today’s conversation is a dive into the root cause of my acne and what healing from chronic skin conditions taught me.
