Emma and Madeline are back to chat about the beginning of the regular season. We chat about the Cubs' slow start, the insanity that is Shohie Ohtani, and Emma makes a huge announcement: she is now a David Bote fan. Oh, and she's playing college lacrosse next year.

We’re thrilled to introduce Hampton University softball player and 2014 Sports Illustrated Sports Kid of the year: Mo’ne Davis! Mo’ne took the mound at the 2014 Little League World Series, where she became the first girl to throw a shutout and the first African American girl to compete. Last Friday was a huge day for women in sports, and Madeline and Emma are here with a special episode to tell you exactly why that is.

Madeline and Emma are coming to terms with a disappointing end to the Cubs' season, but the changes coming this offseason are guaranteed to make Madeline cry AGAIN. Friend of the pod and Trojan varsity first baseman/pitcher Matt Schellbach is back to discuss our dream must-win line-ups. We couldn't end this episode without discussing DGN's homecoming festivities (will Emma win homecoming royalty?!) and sharing some rather unpredictable screen times.
