Alex returns to the show and the fellas dive into the rivalry series that just was: another Red Sox victory capped off buy an epic comeback victory in the forth game of the series. What happened, and where does each team go at the deadline? Later, we dive into the moves made thus far in the NHL offseason, including Barclay Goodrow's contract with the Rangers. Finally, we talk a little Olympics and what events we are excited to watch.

Jonny and Owen, live and in person, discuss Seattle's picks in the expansion draft team by team, diving into where they went right and wrong and which teams may have been a little too generous toward the Kraken. Later, we discuss the Bruins offseason and what we'd like to see them do.

The Sox swept the Yankees - again, and are in tearing it up as the best team in the American League, while the Yankees sit in fourth place. Sam, Owen, and Jonny breakdown where it's gone right and wrong for the two rivals. The Stanley Cup Final has started even though Jonny and Owen despise both teams, and we talk a little Seattle Kraken as the expansion draft closes in.
