It was a somber day on the Sherdog Radio Network at TJ De Santis said goodbye to his long time co-host Jeff Sherwood.

Also joining "Beatdown" was former UFC light-heavyweight champion Quinton Jackson who stopped by to share some stories from his days hanging with Sherwood.
