The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo will celebrate its 75th anniversary at Suncorp Stadium in 2026 with 'The Heroes Who Made Us.' 

Artistic Director of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Alan Lane, told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, "So it's our 75th year. So the heroes who made us, first of all, talks to the heroes who have made 75 years of shows."

"So our performers, our volunteer performers in the tattoo performers, the military performers, our audiences, our international guests, all of that stuff."

"But the second thing I think, is that the thing that both Jason [Barrett] and I really wanted to talk about, which is this salute to service, that there are people in our communities who bind them together, who whether they're volunteers or military or blue light or however they serve their communities, they serve them," Mr Lane continued. 

"They set the standard by how they live their lives, and we want to honour them as well in this 75th year."
