In Luke 5, Peter had worked all night and caught nothing. But when Jesus stepped into his boat and gave him a different instruction, Peter had to make a decision: stay with what wasn’t working or trust Jesus enough to pivot.

The miracle wasn’t just about catching fish—it was about changing direction.

A Kingdom pivot happens when God calls you to leave behind what is familiar, surrender what is comfortable, and move toward what He has ordained. Peter’s nets were full, but Jesus was calling him to something greater than a successful fishing trip—He was calling him to follow Him.

Pastor Shauntae Smith preached a message called “Shine a Light on Them” | Mark 4:12–17 Jesus reminds us that the light God has placed inside of us was never meant to be hidden. In Mark 4:12–17, we see that the Word can be received with excitement, yet still struggle to take root when life gets difficult. It’s easy to shine when everything is going well, but true faith is revealed when pressure, trials, and opposition come.

There is a hunger that nothing in this world can satisfy. No success, relationship, possession, or accomplishment can fill the space that was created for God.

When you become hungry for God, you stop settling for temporary satisfaction and start pursuing His presence, His Word, and His purpose. A hunger for God will push you deeper, draw you closer, and change the way you live.

It's possible to do all the right things and still drift from the One who matters most. In Revelation 2:1-6, Jesus commends the church for their faithfulness, perseverance, and discernment, yet lovingly confronts them for leaving their first love.

God isn't just after our service—He's after our hearts. We can be busy doing kingdom work while neglecting our relationship with the King. This message serves as a reminder to return to the place of intimacy, passion, and devotion that we once had with Him.

Pastor taught us " Upside Down Strategy" ( Judges 6:36-40) Sometimes God's strategy doesn't make sense to our natural minds. In Judges 6:36–40, Gideon asked God for confirmation through the fleece—not because God was uncertain, but because Gideon needed assurance before taking the next step.

God often works in ways that challenge our expectations. What looks backward to the world may be God's way of moving us forward. When He calls you, He also confirms you. His plans may seem upside down, but His purpose is always right.

Don't let fear keep you from obedience. Trust God's direction, even when it doesn't follow human logic. His strategy may be different, but His promises never fail.

Faith doesn't require having all the answers—it requires trusting the One who does.

Today Bishop preached an encouraging word on Father's Day. “The Sins of my Father” (Judges 6:25-31) In Judges 6, God called Gideon to tear down the altar that represented the sins and strongholds of his father’s house. Sometimes God calls us to break cycles, destroy unhealthy patterns, and build a new legacy of faith.

This Father’s Day, we honor the fathers who have paved the way with love, wisdom, and godly examples. We also celebrate the courage to break generational strongholds and leave a legacy that points our families to Christ.

May we be like Gideon—bold enough to remove what hinders us and faithful enough to build what honors God.

Bishop Jonathan Shaw Preached an Encouraging word that everyone on edge and standing on our feet the entire time. "Stand By Me" Exodus 33:17-22. In Exodus 33:17-22, God reassures Moses of His favor and His presence. Even when Moses couldn't fully see God's glory, God promised to stand with him, cover him, and guide him through. The same promise remains for us today. When life gets difficult, when the path ahead is unclear, and when the weight feels heavy, God says, "Stand by Me." His presence is our protection, His grace is our strength, and His hand is always upon those who trust Him. You may not see everything God is doing, but you can trust that He is standing with you every step of the way. His presence changes everything
