Hello and welcome to A special edition our Field Trips. For this Field Trip we jump back once again to my childhood and the 1982* cartoon Challenge of the Super-Friends but we do it by the cracked mirror of Wushu so this is Challenge of the Wushuper Friends.
*turns out this cartoon was from the 70’s but i’m quite sure I watched it in the early 80’s and we really screw up the timeline anyway – so just don’t worry about it.
For our Halloween special we have once again enlisted the playing and vocal talents of Associate Professor and friend of the show Andrew Young ( @ThatOneGM) and regular Faculty Member Matt Parody (@MattParody) and Scott B. (@GeoWtf).
I hope you enjoy!

Hello and welcome to another exciting Field Trip from The RPG Academy Podcast. This time we are heading into the land of Imperiums a campaign setting for Pathfinder and now on Kickstarter to be converted to D&D 5e.
Vasiley’s Woe is the second of four interconnected modules that make up an entire campaign arc. The first of the four, Feast Hall of Ash, was featured on One Shot Podcast and you can listen to those episodes here. It’s not necessary to do so as we are not strictly continuing that story and our characters are newly introduced. But it’s a great module and One Shot always does a good job. It’s worth a listen.
As mentioned above, there is currently a Kickstarter to fund this campaign series to are converted to D&D 5E. It has already funded but can always use some extra love. Please go and check it out here
William, the author of this campaign series will also be at AcadeCon 2016. Look for him there.
Please note: This is a Pathfinder module and it has been a long time since I ran D&D 3.5. I’ve never run Pathfinder. I made mistakes with the rules. Please associate those with us and not the module.

Thanks!!

Hello Students! Crunch here with the conclusion of our excursion into the Wushu-powered Lovecraftian world of DISK. Devon and Matthew wrap up their assignment and a few very surprising things happen.
We had so much fun creating this world that we will probably continue to build and develop the setting in the future. Stay tuned for more creepy bug-powerd secret organization shenanigans. Who knows…maybe DISK will show up at AcadeCon this November. Make sure to grab a badge if you haven’t already. They’re on sale here.
Thanks for listening!

Hello Students! Crunch here with a bonus episode while our fearless leader is away at Origins. There are actually quite a few Network members at Origins this year, so make sure you hunt them down play some games.
In this episode, I am joined by Devon from the Shark Bone Podcast and Faculty Member Matthew. We came up with a crazy setting that’s a little bit Ghostbusters, a little bit MIB, and a little bit Lovecraft. With the glory that is Wushu, we made up everything in about 20 minutes before we started playing. We had a ton of fun playing this game and we hope you have just as much fun listening! Let us know what you think!
