The RPM Act & Diesel Truck Modifications

Today’s episode comes from one of our listeners and their concern for diesel motorsports and competition. Chance messaged us on Instagram and told us how his race build is on hold, until there’s clarity from the EPA. Several years ago, the RPM Act came up as a way to protect individuals who take a mass-produced vehicle and convert it to competition-only. The act never went anywhere. However, with the recent EPA crackdown, new life has been given to the act and Congress is looking at it. Chance tells us why this is important to him and all motorsports.
