So I have realized that it's well past time to get out of what I've been doing for nearly the last 30 years. And as such, I am putting Rule69.com up for sale.
If interested, send me an email @ [email protected]
Today we share some advertising stories - good and bad, the Ocean Race Atlantic, and might World Sailing actually do something of value?
Crazy talk, we know!
Today I am my usual long-winded self, but I think the topics are good. The passing of legendary sailboat photographer/artist Carlo Borlenghi; I watched the most recent SailGP and...I liked it! I mock Ben Ainslie for suing to have ownership of the Brits last AC boat too.
I spent probably too much time talking about how I think the flailing US economy under Trump is going to really affect the middle class center of much of the racing in this country. Enjoy!
If you're like me, and let's hope that you aren't, I get boat fever far too frequently. Here I talk about my latest obsession?
Will I make it a reality? Listen and find out!
World-class San Diego sailor Alex Camet is sailing in the Etchells 22 Worlds, which are heading into day three of a week-long regatta, and joins us for the Rule 69 podcast.
While their results are mixed (as basically everybody's are), Alex takes us inside the game, in terms of starting, managing the course, the new technology in the class, and talking about the psychology of being in good or bad shape in a race, Enjoy!
Okay, here we go! This is the first and somewhat wordy, Rule 69 podcast, and we are stoked to tell you all about us - well, not all - but here's pretty much what we're up to!
We'd be insanely happy if you follow along!

Okay, here we go! As a way of introduction, I am Scot Tempesta, and I am the founder of Sailing Anarchy. It was time to escape the incredibly unlikeable corporation that now owns and runs that…
As the founder of the other place all those years ago, I learned one hell of a lot, both what to do and what not to do (I'm still getting the hang of what not to do - haha).
To what I have in mind for Rule 69 going forward. I want this new platform to be dynamic, interesting and entertaining. I know there are a lot of options to occupy your eyeballs, and I know that if we aren't entertaining at the very least, people won't care. These Rule 69 podcasts are very much a part of what we will offer.
Please allow me to thank you for listening!
