This one is plain and simple. I just go into detail about how you have to have a best friend and how you should determine who your best friend is. I also go on to touch bases on how you need to have a strong group of male friends and how if you dont have male friends then you are probly a B**** boy and if you do have friends they are also B**** boys. At the end of the day to come up in this crappy world. you need to have a strong group of friends you can depend on. Because they will be with you longer then your girl will. I make it well known That your girl will learn to lover another man if she feels he can do more for him. To where your BOYS will always have your back.

This is simply just a Podcast for the dad's. This is just me sharing a few stories that i know we all have had. An im doing it to show you and tell you guys that you guys are doing your best and being the best YOU that you can be.

This just breaks down how I feel that the gym is for everyone. In a few of my Podcasts I say how you should stay out of my gym. But in the end the gym is for everyone and we are all after the same goal. The goal is to be a better us. Maybe not all of us are trying to be body builders but we are all trying to build a BETTER BODY.

This Episode is just about a few local county jails I have been to and some fun and funny stories that had happened while I was in there. It touches down on my stories of how I was in and on suicide watch. Talks about some guy trying to punk me out. Then has some stories about how some people got beat up and how some guy was a snitch. It just touches down on some of the things I wouldnt forget becuase they are just funny moments in there.

This episode just simply explains how you need to have structure when going into they gym. But to go along with that you also have to have consistency. You can't go in with coins and expect to get bills! This is a shorter episode but very good.

In this episode I simple explain why you should want to be rich. I explain why you should not be ok with your pay if you do not feel its fair. I simpley break down time and how we over look it because we are trying to make money making someone else rich. Please enjoy the Episode its a funny one at that.

This one pretty much speaks for its self. This one just runs down my feeling on respect and how you need to take your respect. In this episode there is a story of how i was less then respected and how I took it. But the biggest thing this gets to is the simple fact that not any person who listens to this should be desrespected. Unless you are a real tool yourself. It touches base on how your friends, family, and lovers will look at you different if you let people punk you out in public. I hope to share more episode's like this in the future. This is just one of those episodes that gives a quick run down of how hard it can be. Its just touches base on how hard a few things for me were. Then just gives a little bit of a pushing vibe on things to try to help you get in and out of there and help you feel like you got a good work out. Brings up a small bit of some gym suppliment usage and what not.

This is one of the podcasts that will be apart of everyday life. This podcast just go into detail about how i feel about New Years Resolutions.
