Success is defined differently by different people. I do think you should work hard and take care of your family. There is nothing wrong with having money, it can be a great tool and make life easier for you. Where the world get's it wrong is making money and financial success the end all be all. Let's watch this panel discussion/debate about success and talk about it. 

I know this is different from my normal law enforcement topics, but I think this is something we all deal with. How do we balance work and family life? My family is my top priority, but we also have bills and are building a business and trying to do everything at once can be difficult. I wanted to open up and share what has been on my mind lately. 

Today we are joined by Sheriff Shannon Dicus from San Bernardino County. We go over a lot of topics in this episode but primarily go over two recent use of force incidents involving San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. The first being a high-speed pursuit where deputies got in a shoot out with a truck. Inside the truck was a murder suspect and his 15-year-old daughter who was the subject of an Amber Alert. The second incident involved 15-year-old Ryan Gainer who was shot and killed. We go over both of these incidents in detail and take a look at what happened and why it happened. 

This is a terrible situation all around. Ryan Gainer and his family are obviously effected by this and will never be the same, the community is effected, and the deputies are also effected. The reason I am making this video is because I see a lot of information revolving around this that just are not true. Leave your emotions out of it and let's look at the facts. 

John McKinney is running for LA County District attorney against George Gascon. LA HAS IT'S PROBLEMS... We all know that. I sit down with John and we discuss his background but also what he thinks he can do to fix a lot of the issues we see.

Christopher Dorner was the subject of the largest manhunt in Southern California history. Former LAPD Officer Christopher Dorner was heavily armed seeking revenge for losing his job. Dorner murdered four people during all of this. Sgt. Alex Collins was one of the officers on this man hunt and actually made initial contact. Thank you Alex Collins for sharing your story.
