Sacramento County Sheriff’s officials are warning the public following the early parole of David Allen Funston — convicted of kidnapping and molesting multiple young children.

Funston, now 64, was serving more than 20 years plus three consecutive 25-to-life terms. His release under California’s Elderly Parole Program is raising public safety concerns.
