[CITY WATCH]

Sacramento County Supervisors approved a one-year organizational review of the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and named Kris Warren as interim executive officer.

Supervisors say the move could bring the biggest affordable housing policy changes in decades.

City Council will vote later on the interim appointment.

Friday starts with morning fog, clearing to mostly cloudy skies. High near 59.
