Two Pedestrian Fatalities Under Investigation

• SR-160 (Afternoon): CHP says a pedestrian crossing the northbound lanes near Royal Oaks was struck and pronounced dead at the scene. DUI not suspected.

• Fruitridge & Power Inn (Evening): Sacramento police report a man was hit and killed around 9:15 p.m. The driver stayed and cooperated with officers.
