This episode came about a little unusually as I had been receiving a number of ‘aha’ moments while I was driving and I pulled out my phone intending just to record for my own reference and suddenly I felt myself speaking an episode to life!

I was very distinctively guided not to change or re-record it and that it needed to be shared exactly as I had recorded it on my phone!

There is a powerful light language activation that came through at the end of the episode - particularly referencing releasing of ancestral ties to need to hustle, struggle and work hard. And it was something about the energy and the frequency that I was in that you needed to receive✨🙏🏻

So, in this episode I share a transmission into the understanding of the power in surrendering to the flow of life, to ease and flow within and without.

Soul Musings - In this episode I share vulnerably as I move through my feelings in real time, and share with you how I have learn't that the only way through a challenge or a trigger is to literally feel your way through! 

My Guides once shared with me the line from the children's book "We Are Going on a Bear Hunt" which says 'We can't go over it, we can't go under it. We've got to go through it', in a time I was learning how important it was to actually feel my feelings. And now I also use that line all the time with my clients as it is a wonderful reminder that we need to feel and move through something, in order to evolve through our challenges and grow.
