As we enter the season of Lent, many Americans are attempting to silence the noise that often distracts us and refocus on what matters -- like their faith. For a deeper conversation on this important topic, Martha sat down with 'The Chosen' actor Jonathan Roumie and the current rector of Saint Patrick's Cathedral, Father Enrique Salvo on Ash Wednesday, to discuss the importance of these 40 days and the sacred meaning behind giving items up for Lent.

They also share the importance of prayer in light of the new Christian app, Hallow- which features Jonathan and Mark Wahlberg leading prayer meditations- topping charts.
