Erin Davis is a breast cancer survivor, mother of two young daughters, and a multipreneur living in Ontario, Canada. Diagnosed with Stage 3B Invasive Ductal Carcinoma at the age of 39 when her daughters were aged two and four, Erin receives ongoing treatment as she continues to heal and thrive.

As a Business Leadership Mentor and Wellness Educator, Erin has a deep desire to help others pursue their passions and support their own wellness. A former high school teacher who is also certified in reflexology, yoga, breathwork and flexibility coaching, Erin teaches people how to reconnect with their body, create sustainable, healthy habits, and lower their stress levels. Erin combines her experience and skills as an educator, her background in wellness, and her personal experience of growing through Cancer to deliver thoughtful, clear, and engaging lessons and workshops. Through her corporate wellness workshops and private coaching sessions, Erin demystifies the practices of yoga breathing, reflexology, mindfulness, and meditation to teach actionable and effective wellness practices that can be self-accessed at any time.

She's a sought-after influencer, speaker, and blogger in the cancer community. Her blog, Life on the Cancer Train, is about the struggles of being a young adult cancer survivor while advocating for better treatments and resources. She became heavily involved in patient advocacy and research post-treatment. In her spare time, she is a consumer reviewer for the Department of Defense Breast Cancer Research Program, a contributing writer for WebMD, and an active member of the AYA cancer community. Megan-Claire and her work have been featured in national press including The New York Times and People Magazine, as well as through numerous patient advocacy organizations.

We are so fortunate today to have Talla Kuperman on our show. She is someone I got to know for the last year when we were working together and called to work on this book that is actually very coincidentally coming out at the same time as this episode. Hello Love! I decided to do this episode because I recently was in a conversation with another woman, she is a beautiful soul-aligned business female founder, and I was talking to her about the woman that I work with. And I use this term a resource woman and she stopped me. She said, "what is that? what does that mean?" And so I thought, Okay, let me do a full episode around this because it is kind of a full concept and term that's really actually something that's evolving.

A resource woman, she is someone who has a regenerative flow of resources and one or more areas of her life to use for her personal growth for her well-being to support her family, her community, her business, her projects, organizations, or things that she deeply cares about things she wants to express or create, or just be involved in.

"No matter whether you're in a place of feeling resource, of your feeling in a place of overwhelm and needing support, that matters too. That is what community is for. That so we can all lean on each other as needed. And that is where this resourcefulness comes from and the regeneration comes from so that we do have those opportunities for seasons of rest when we need them.
