Sei es selbstauferlegter Druck oder der Fakt, dass du Räume energetisch nicht halten kannst.

Was für mich auch ein großes Thema war und immer noch ist: altes sterben zu lassen, auch wenn es weh tut. Mein Business Baby ist aus den alten Strukturen heraus gewachsen und das durfte ich in den letzten Wochen akzeptieren.

Je mehr du über Trauma & Traumareaktionen weißt, desto besser kannst du dich im Alltag selbst beobachten und auch dein Nervensystem regulieren. Ich erzähle in dieser Folge etwas über die Theorie und Praxis, sodass du zu zum Beispiel zwischen den vier gängigsten Traumareaktionen zu unterscheiden lernst und verstehst, wieso du so reagierst.

Meist liegt der Ursprung in der frühen Kindheit - es kann aber auch ein Mitbringsel aus der Ahnenlinie oder einem früheren Leben sein.
