ANNDDDD THATS A WRAPPPP ON SEASON 1!!!!

As I am typing this, I am literally shaking with excitement and so much emotions are coming up. I truly can't believe that we are here. It all started with an idea, drawing, planning, and lots of praying and seeking advice from Him. The truest intentions behind Late Thoughts was to have a space where I have people on to talk about literally anything. The goal behind this podcast was to learn from each conversation and it's always about educating myself whether the guest and I may have agreements or not. I truly think in today's age we do not know how to have a fun and respectful conversations. Conversations is the best form of Educations. I like to thank my team Zeke, Alyssa, Nathan, Jen for being part of this long term project and you can believe this is merely the beginning. Thank you to my guest who carved out their time to come on and being so honest, vulnerable, and bringing laughter onto each episode. I have deeply appreciated and feel so honored to be able to learn. Education is a form to create unity as long we can respect each other. God, thank you for everything. Just for being with me through everything with me.

It's been awhile we haven't posted an episode and the fact that we have 1 more episode to finish Season 1 is such a crazy statement to say. Nevertheless on Episode 9, I am joined with my sister from another mother Erika Lim. I remember meeting Erika from Eayikes campout and she was leading a workshop talking about honoring the ancestors and just creating a safe space to talk about death. To be quite honest, recording this episode I had a lot of nervousness not because Erika was coming on but I think many people tend to judge or have a taboo on the conversation of death and I was nervous for the judgement but that's what Late Thought is about to create a safe space to talk whatever talk and be openminded to learn and even if I disagree or agree that's the journey for each conversation. Today's episode is sensitive to some people; we talked about our relationship with our siblings to how our parents were possibly raised. Regardless, the late thoughts podcast is always about learning one's path through a conversation, and that's what we are about.

I brought one of my homies on Jared, and we've been friends since middle school. The fact that we stayed in contact surprises me, but here we are, still catching up, and it's one of those friendships growing. The reason why I am surprised that we stayed in contact is that usually, people after high school or even in college that's when you start exploring who you are as a person and learning what kind of person you want to become for your loved ones. We talked about topics such as finding genuine friendships to even our experiences of our relationships with our siblings:) enjoy, and see you all on July 1st with the 7th episode.
