Alexandra & Yāna are 2 friends, sisters and retreat partners who guide embodied experiences for women. Together, they invite women to reconnect with their cyclical nature, balance giving and receiving, and reclaim their radiance. We’ll explore how womanhood and motherhood invite us into cycles, and how embodying those cycles changes how we live, love, and lead.
Yāna is a space holder, priestess, and guide of transformation. She serves as a trauma-informed, certified Pranic and Theta healer, and a Tantric Hatha Yoga and meditation guide. Rooted in Earth-based wisdom and feminine mysticism, Yāna brings reverence, depth, and warmth to her offerings.
Premayāna is her sacred offering: a space devoted to remembering love, and to reclaiming radiance, authenticity, and leadership in harmony with nature, the cosmos, and the self.
Kala’s path weaves Hatha, Yin, breath, meditation, and TCM-inspired practices into a gentle yet profound offering. Teaching since 2015, she guides women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and the many shifts of womanhood. Her classes invite slowing down, releasing, and remembering—returning to joy, presence, and the sacred rhythm of life.
