The CE Team welcomes Greta Soos, Senior Planner with the planning department.  Have you ever thought “I wish my neighborhood had less vacant lots” then this episode is for you. We talk about the upcoming Small Developers Incubator Pilot Program and the goals of the program. 

Long story short, the City wants to build the capacity of developers from Black Indigenous People of Color communities to do incremental development in Sacramento.  Incremental development is the idea of having many developers working on neighborhoods that have been historically underinvested in order to improve neighborhoods and commercial corridors.
