I’M 21!!! 🎂
It’s been a little over two weeks since we last talked, so obviously we have some catching up to do. I celebrated my 21st birthday, ate an unreasonable amount of food, have been booked and BUSY, and somehow managed to cross off my entire New Year’s resolution without even realizing it???
In this episode, we’re talking about turning 21, my goals for this year, growing vs. GROWING, learning to stop playing small, getting more comfortable with rejection, protecting my time, my vision board, and looking back at just how much has changed since the beginning of 2026.
I also mayyyy have teased a few things I’ve been working on behind the scenes... but Marketing 101, people. I can’t tell you everything yet. đź¤

Burnout does not always begin with completely falling apart. Sometimes, it begins much earlier, when resting starts to make you feel guilty, when your achievements never feel like enough, and when your sense of worth becomes tied to how productive you have been that day.
In this episode of The Sae Talk, I speak honestly about my own experience with burnout and the pressure I have placed on myself to always be doing something, achieving something, or moving towards the next goal. I talk about where that pressure began, how it followed me from school into adulthood, and how changing my academic and career path forced me to question the version of success I had spent years chasing.
I also share something from a recent birth chart reading that described how emotionally connected I am to work, recognition, and progress. Whether or not you believe in astrology, hearing it said so directly made me think about how deeply productivity can affect the way we see ourselves.
This conversation is for anyone who struggles to rest without feeling guilty, feels anxious when life slows down, or constantly worries that they should be doing more. We talk about the signs of approaching burnout, what recovery can actually look like, and how to build a life where your work matters without allowing it to determine your entire worth.
If you have been feeling tired, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unable to enjoy the things you once cared about, I hope this episode reminds you that you are not lazy, unmotivated, or falling behind. You might simply need more care than criticism right now.
There comes a point in life when you realize you're no longer the person you used to be.The dreams that once felt certain begin to shift. The career you were convinced was meant for you no longer feels like home. The things that used to excite you don't spark the same curiosity anymore. And suddenly, you're left wondering...Did I make the wrong choice? In this episode of The Sae Talk, I share my own journey, from believing economics would define my future to slowly discovering a completely different path after going through difficult times. But this isn't really an episode about economics, marketing, or changing careers. It's a conversation about identity, curiosity, outgrowing old versions of yourself, and about giving yourself permission to evolve without feeling like you've failed.Maybe the goal isn't to stay consistent. Maybe it's to stay honest. If you've ever questioned your career, changed your mind about a dream, or felt guilty for becoming someone different than the person you once planned to be, I hope this conversation reminds you that growth isn't a betrayal of who you were.Sometimes it's the most honest way to honor them.If this episode resonates with you, I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. And if you know someone who's standing at a crossroads in life, maybe share this conversation with them.Thank you for listening.— Sarah____#podcast #fyp #career #personalgrowth #thesaetalk
Have you ever caught yourself saying you're grateful while constantly wishing your life looked different?
In today's episode, I'm sharing a realization that completely shifted the way I think about gratitude. After taking an unexpected break from the podcast, I found myself revisiting old memories, questioning why we romanticize the past, chase the future, and overlook the life we're living right now.
We talk about nostalgia, ambition, complaining, becoming the person your younger self once dreamed of, and why gratitude isn't just something we say, but something we practice.
If you've been feeling stuck between who you were and who you're trying to become, I hope this conversation meets you exactly where you are.
Every podcast has a beginning. In this first episode of The Sae Talk, I'm sharing the story behind why I started this podcast and the idea that inspired it. I talk about who I am, what kind of content I create, and why I felt the need to create a space for more honest conversations. From beauty and lifestyle to mental health, creativity, books, and the realities behind social media, The Sae Talk is where we explore the things that shape our lives both online and offline. If you want to get to know me and the purpose behind this podcast, this is the episode to start with.
In this trailer, I introduce The Sae Talk and share the reason behind starting this podcast. It’s a space for romanticizing life without pretending it’s perfect, talking about healing, habits, books, and personal growth while being honest about the parts of life that social media often hides.
