However, it has not all been positive news. Captain and arguably club legend James Ward-Prowse departed for West Ham United, with starlet Romeo Lavia set for Chelsea.
To end the podcast, the boys discussed the fans' forum and the upcoming fixture against Plymouth Argyle.

Southampton bow out of a disappointing Premier League season by playing out a 4-4 draw at St Mary's against Jurgan Klopp's Liverpool. An error and a farewell goal for Roberto Firmino left the Saints in a familiar position early in the first half, however, goals from James Ward-Prowse, Adam Armstrong and a brace for Kamaldeen Sulemana put Southampton 4-2 up against the former league champions. Quick fire goals for the reds late on ended an eventual year on the South Coast with an eight goal thriller. The lads discuss the players who will be leaving at the end of the year, how this may effect the club next season, while recapping the issues of an action-packed season which ended in relegation after an 11 year stay in the Premier League, with each member coming up with their top three reasons on why the Saints could not beat the drop.
