It's the 300th episode (give or take) extravaganza in which we do absolutely nothing special. I guess you could celebrate the arrival of 2021's Summer 2 season? Maybe with a game? We've still got those.

In this episode there's some Gamescom news, hot new releases Psychonauts 2 and Twelve Minutes, the not yet released Factory Town and the very released Breath of the Wild.

NERTS sounds like something you can catch. I hope it's not the next pandemic threat. Also in this episode, Rob finishes Horizon Zero Dawn's campaign, Zac finds another space builder thing in Avorion Dan is physically here! We've also got Rock of Ages 3, Dwarf Fortress and Lumines Remastered covered.

There may have been a falling out at the E household. EA and E3 don't seem to turn up to gatherings together anymore. Now EA wants to come and stay on the couch. Should we let them?

We've also got the Annapurna presentation and the tyre fire over at Activision Blizzard to talk about and some of the usual suspects turn up for emotional support.

This week was filled with expectations. But have we been blessed with our fondest hardware wishes? For the answers we turn to Nintendo and... Valve?

Naturally we talk about Switch OLED and Steamdeck in this episode but SONY also tried to show us some things. We've got Horizon: Zero Dawn, Dyson Sphere Program, Deep Rock Galactic and more Breath of the Wild getting played too.

The sun over E3 might be setting but the shadow of Summer Games Fest is long. We've got some demo reports to carry on the fun. Also carrying some fun with him is guest DJKippling. Hopefuly he can replace some of the fun Dan stole from us before skipping off into the night.

So apparently E3 is back and there's a LOT of games being shown. In this "news special" we'll have a little chat about each game that piqued our interest. Well done to the selected "still more than a few".

All of the house moving interruptions have now been seen off so it's back to talking smack about power sockets and plumbing. Almost forgot there's a few games about too.

The sun is setting on Rob's podcast "studio" but it shall rise again in pastures new. We shall send it off with a completely normal podcast. That seems fitting.

Not much happening in game news so there's plenty of room for important topics like modern toilets. We also played Yakuza 3, What the Golf, Genesis Noir, Among Us and Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, which was nice.
