Tapping is an excellent emotional release technique to help you shift your emotional relationship to neutralise something very quickly. It neutralises things you don't know why you are feeling something or why they are strong 

If you are feeling something and you don't know why, it neutralises them by working on the nervous system and on deep levels of the subconscious.  

For the logical ones among you with the need to understand why we tap, we use physical tapping in ways that can often make your mind go ‘ahhh this all makes sense, I understand it now, great easy peasy’. This allows you to feel differently because your mind understands your resistance fully. 

How to:

Whatever topic you are working on, rate the feeling/emotion out of 10, 10 being the strongest, 1 being the weakest. Once you have finished the tapping session rate these feelings and emotions again. If you are getting anything below a 5, this is good, but you can keep going and repeat the session if you want to neutralise it even more. Let's get some 0’s. 

Now comes the fun part - all you have to do for the highest potency - do what I do and repeat what I say out loud. 

Tip: 

Allow yourself to heal, if you feel uncomfortable and want to cry, yawn or burp, let yourself. Let yourself process whatever comes up and keep going. 

Drop into your body and imagine not having what you want, think about the fact that it's not here yet, think about the fact that it's not yours, think about the fact that you don't have it, right now you don't have your desire, right now it's not in your life. You might not know how to create your desire, and it feels really really far away. 

Tapping points:

• Start by tapping on your karate chop point, on the side of you hand (it doesn't matter which one) and repeat the following sentences.
• Even though when I think about the fact that I don’t have XY & Z, I choose to love, honour and accept myself.
• Even though the fact that I don’t have to makes me feel so much XY & Z, I choose to love, honour and accept myself.
• Even though when I think about not having it, I feel so much XY & Z, I choose to love, honour and accept myself.
• Then start tapping the other points (with both hands or one). Below are example sentences.

Forehead: I feel so desperate right now 

Temples: Where I am really needs to change 

Tops of cheeks: It has to be different 

Top of lip: I have to find a way out 

Chin: I can't be here any longer 

Collar bones: How do I get things to change 

Under my arm: This does not feel good 

Top of head: I feel so much pressure 

Remember to check in with your numbers and see how much you have neutralised. 

How to prep your own tapping script:

• First part - tap how you have been feeling until you start to feeling more neutral about it.
• Middle part - start shifting towards where you want go instead using language like “I am ready to…” “I am willing to…”
• End - go on a journey towards where you want to be. For example: love yourself no matter what, allowing the money / success in.

For those of you who have not yet tried this modality of reprogramming, it really is a game changer. By closing the door to the conscious mind and opening up to the unconscious you can program in empowering new beliefs, feeling a deep shift and no longer being held back by thoughts coming from previous experiences.

How to:

The only thing that you need to do is to count 

1 to 10

2 to 10

3-10 and so on. 

Once you have got all the way to 10, start again. 

How to create your own script:

Great news, you can do this yourself as well by using the voice memo on your phone and recording the sentences you want to program in. Simply listen back and count. 

The sentences to use:

‘I have been feeling X,Y & Z’ + the issue. 

‘In spite of this’ + how you want to feel about the issue. 

Do this for one and a half to two minutes until you can feel a shift as you are listening to the recording on your phone.
