We all get there...a little burnt out, a little "what am I doing with my life," a little I just need to find some inspiration to make it through the day.  It's normal, but it's abnormal to let that feeling persist for a long time.  So...we've got our tips to staying motivated.  Things that work for us and have allowed us to have success despite what this world throws at us.   Try some or all of these tips and get back in the game and have some damn fun!

We all want "easy" in our lives and one part of the client experience is an easy and simple way to book an appointment.  In our experience, the benefits far outweigh any downsides and utilizing technology with the right messaging is an awesome way to find clients, book them and establish the long term client experience.   There are many booking platforms out there, but regardless of your preference, in 2022+, to us it's a must have option!

We started our 5th Hair Salon in Scottsdale, AZ (Desert Blonde Salon) and have applied the playbook we have for The Salontrepreneur.  We started this salon, new to the area, with ZERO Clients, ZERO Revenue, ZERO Social Media, ZERO built out, (nothing but a concrete floor) and built out a Luxury Hair Salon from the ground up.  We're recapping our first month after a soft launch to the business.
