Phantom pain sensations are perceptions that an individual experiences relating to a limb or an organ that is not physically part of the body.  In life, we believe that some of us experience phantom pains from cutting people out of our lives or from ending relationships.  In this episode, the team makes an attempt at trying to understand the pains we experience from what was as well as the different types of pain that might exist.

In this episode, the crew talks about what it means to live in a fair society and what are the requirements for "fair".  We put a focus on the recent decisions made in the political landscape of Bowling Green, KY but the topic extends much further than our town.  Kris and Kalu's differing opinions are balanced by our guest Mark Carpenter and his ability to provide viewpoints that we otherwise wouldn't have thought of.  This episode is full of passion and thought and we hope you enjoy the discourse.

Our lives of full of "stuff".  Full of mental clutter, confusion, and often conflict.  In this episode, we are joined by Sara Fort, owner of Neat Relief, a company specializing in personal organization and we learn about the importance of a de-cluttered house and mind.

Kris and Kalu are joined by Dr. Lacretia Dye to discuss femininity and what it means to be a woman who fully understands it as it relates to her as well as how women in our society navigate through the understanding of their own femininity.  Lastly, we talk about how men can gain a better perspective on femininity and the importance of masculinity and femininity positively coexisting.

In 2018, we had an episode on masculinity and gave our best effort in unpacking what it was to be a man during a time where speaking on masculinity might have been tough.  With nearly a year to learn and grow, Kris, Kalu, and special guest CJ take a stab at masculinity once more to see if anything has changed.

This randomly drawn episode was an exercise in the ability to create content on-demand.  We left it up to our listeners to submit topics and about 5 minutes before recording, we randomly selected one.  Today's topic is called "When you shouldn't" What we discovered in this episode was that knowing when to shut up, stop, or when you shouldn't take anymore crap is something that many of us struggle with.  Take some time and listen to what the team has to say about this!  Thanks to all of you for your submissions!

Getting humbled sucks.  It's a necessary evil that many of us go through and in this episode, the team, along with our returning guest and good friend Ashlea talk about what it means to be humble or to get humbled.  We 100% recognize that Kris and Kalu might be the worst people to talk about this topic, which is why it makes for entertaining content.

On the road of life, we're often stopped at traffic lights that require us to make a decision.  When that light turns green, which typically means 'go', some of us choose to stay in place, either crippled by indecisiveness or comfort, looking for a sign or the right time (or shade of green) while others may proceed forward.  This episode is us unpacking what happens when that light turns green and we don't move. 

I was inspired by Incubus when I came up with the title for this episode so here's a special shoutout to them!

In this episode, we talk about relationships and what the brain does to you when they end.  We break down and make an attempt at simplifying the things that happen when we are letting go of the person we were once involved in.  Is it truly something special or is it just a set of chemical responses and stimuli that our brains struggle to shed.  We pit love against science and try to make some good content out of it!

**Black History Month Episode 4**

This episode centers around the recognition and unpacking of the history of race and we talk about how it affects us in different ways.  In order to reclaim your history, one must be willing to accept all parts of it, including the parts that may be negative.  We are joined on this episode by Marktwain, who is in the process of reclaiming his last name and he drops a few knowledge bombs on the team that we were more than excited to receive.  Enjoy!
