P.S. Apologies for the bad quality of the recording. I either don't want to re-record it with fake emotion again or not post it at all. I will work on making the quality better from next time. Thank you :)
This is supposed to be the best topics I've ever discussed with a guest on Sasi-Man. The situations turned down due to bad network and the quality of the voice and the recording were affected significantly. The topic discussed in this podcast is about 'mental health, depression, and anxiety'. Having a self-help trainer, like Vivek Agarwal, on the mic who has a record of healing clinically depressed people in just a week was sharing his views that would change the way you perceive depression and anxiety. And as a podcast host, I did not check the internet connection that was throttling at the moment and messed up the whole recording. Now that I am afraid to ask him for the same session and guilty for not taking alternate care of the situation.
Apologies for the background bloody black crow and the beautiful nightingale. I would publicly apologize Vivek Agarwal, our guest of the hour in this podcast episode for making it a mess due to technical glitches and no contingency plan.

P.S. Superheroes do take responsibility and they don't back down in apologizing in public. So am I.
