Audacious Alexa is back interviewing Sassy SWers advocating for louder, uncensored expression - first up is Lowkee Karlee. Having grown up as a Mormon in Utah, Karlee describes her upbringing as being "more on the conservative side - we were incredibly locked down Mormons". The journey to discovering who Karlee was beyond what she had been told was right and wrong, has led her to encourage others to live in their truth. This is something that shines through in her conversation with Audacious Alexa as they unpick the way vulnerability can be a source of strength. And how sharing perspectives without becoming defensive is a fundamental way of respecting and freeing one another.
