Hi All,
We live in a world where the haves get richer and the have-nots get poorer. As time passes, this wealth inequality tends to get wider and wider, but why?
I equate a lot of this to the game of Monopoly. In our day-to-day lives we are always passing go. We go round and round always seeking to collect $200. We give money to the rich and need to stay out of jail. In today's podcast, I discuss my thoughts on how we must position ourselves in a spot to build wealth and get out of the rat race trap. Specifically, I go over:
- How the vast majority of us don't have anything and pay everyone but ourselves
- Many people focus on spending money and not accumulating assets
- People are paying everyone but themselves
- Dollar has been number down technology, financial losses slowly over time
- What is the number go up technology? It may be a few things
What do you all think? Have you played monopoly lately and have you looked at it through a new lens? I look forward to everyone's thoughts!
Kind Regards,
SatsMates

Hi Everyone,
We are seeing a crunch of credit that we have never seen before due to the Federal Reserve Bank trying to tame inflation. Our economy thrives off of credit, and with credit getting tight, we see consumers not being able to spend as much.
Interest rates have been increasing, and it is becoming more difficult for the average American to buy a home. Some of the high-level topics are as follows:
- Mortgage rates going back up to 7% from 8% last year
- Home prices remain elevated while interest rates approach all-time highs
- Average home buyer needs to make $140K to buy a home when they only make $80K
- An avenue to correct this bubble is for unemployment to rise
Overall I think in Q3/Q4 we will see things start to soften, and with that prices will start to normalize for the everyday working American. One thing is for sure, while credit contracts and expands, holding bitcoin as the bearer asset tends to remain a steadfast path for many people across the world.
What are your thoughts on the housing market? Will Bitcoin be an avenue for people to

Hi All,
This podcast isn't meant to be bearish or pessimistic, rather it is to talk about a chart that every Bitcoiner or person thinking about getting into Bitcoin should comb through and ask questions on!
This is the Bitcoin Rich List which is on bitinfocharts.com. This chart shows the degree of centralization amongst addresses (which could include miners, exchanges, whales, holders, entities, etc.).
In this podcast, we discuss the following:
1) 93% of the bitcoin is held by less than 2% of addresses
2) Centralization of ownership on exchanges
3) Dormant Addresses/Lost Bitcoin/Satoshi's Bitcoin
4) Fiat cantillionaires & what percent of wealth they own
5) The importance of holding your keys
6) Degrees of centralization
7) Suggestions to decentralize the current holdings

Hi All,
Over the past week, we have seen a significant weakening in the labor market. While layoffs are happening, and fewer jobs are posting it remains above the level the FED would like to see. Additionally, inflation is still running much too hot for the economy, and with this, the Federal Reserve has decided not to conduct rate cuts. In this podcast, I discuss macroeconomic factors and thoughts on downside protection.
- Layoffs surge 130%+
- UPS, CITI, Block, Zoom, and many other companies facing tremendous layoff pressure
- Interest rates remain elevated for longer
- Inflation too high
- Election year and the current administration would like to get reelected
- How I prep

Hi Everyone,
As many of us are aware, Javier Milei was recently elected into office in Argentina as the President. For several decades now Argentina has been experiencing high hyperinflation which negatively impacts those who don't hold assets, and it causes people throughout the economy to feel more stress financially.
In today's podcast, I go over many important aspects of how this Bitcoin regulation will help benefit the country, while concurrently addressing libertarian ideology. The discussion points are as follows:
1) No More Tax on BTC/Crypto
2) Javier Milei aims to revitalize and transform Argentina
3) 180%+ Hyperinflation historically, a focus on harder money
4) Cutting down the government, bureaucracy, and red tape
5) The necessity of economic reform
6) The free market has spoken
I'd love to hear what everyone's thoughts are. Is Argentina positioned to be a possible success story with bitcoin, and hard money?
Best Regards,

Hi Everyone,
I'm sure many of us throughout our lives at some time have had exposure to bonds (whether it is paper physical bonds, those in our brokerage account, or in our retirement). We are living in a day and age where we need to protect ourselves against government borrowing, and inflation - and often times these investments have not kept rate with devaluation and current interest rates. In this podcast I discuss the following:
1) Patriot Bonds
2) Yields of 1,2,2.5%
3) Popular investments amongst advisors and the mainstream
4) Supporting of government money printing and debt
5) Bad investment in comparison to stocks, real estate
6) Value increases in small increments each year
7) Ethically supporting deficit spending
8) Bitcoin is a way out, to opt into a better form of money
What are your thoughts on bonds, do you think it is an inflation hedge?
Best Regards,
SatsMates

Hi Everyone,
Over the past couple years, we have seen the cost of food rise exponentially. This rise was partly due to supply chains, but the major reason prices have been rising at a fast rate is due to the large amounts of money printing that the Federal Reserve has been doing.
With all this printing, more dollars are chasing fewer goods, causing the prices to rise. In today's podcast I go over the following:
- Purchasing steak at Whole Foods for $53
- Cost equivalents of this steak in Mexico/other countries that are in the global south
- Palm Pay - Selling of this technology based on convenience, but worse things coming out of it
- Eating healthy is a luxury now that not everyone can afford
- Assessing alternatives to Whole Foods/Big food and shopping at farmers markets/butchers directly
Overall the goal is to pay fair value for high-quality food that doesn't kill us. The amount of junk in our food now can be overwhelming, and if we want to be healthy it can be expensive - but there are options out there.
What do you think?
Best Regards,
SatsMates

Hi Everyone,
In early 2021 a groundbreaking protest occurred in Ottawa, Canada protesting the mandates that were initiated by the government. What happened at this time was one of the most gut-wrenching times when it came to individual freedoms and liberties.
In today's podcast, I go over the following important points:
- GoFundMe Shutting Down
- Country high on the freedom index, but not free
- Bank accounts were shut
- Bitcoin was delivered in envelopes to the truckers
- By controlling the money you can control the individual's behavior(s)
- Truckers received and were able to have access to transact value permissionlessly, unlike with their bank accounts.

Hi Everyone,
As we know in the normal world, those who are down on their luck financially always have an opportunistic lender at arm's length ready to jump on the opportunity to charge a high-interest rate and bury that desperate person in debt.
This holds as well for countries. Many countries out there are very desperate as they are fighting high inflation, corruption, violence, and an entire host of issues that we don't see as common in first-world countries.
Organizations such as the IMF and the World Bank are eager to put other nations deep into debt when they get the chance. While on the surface it may look highly beneficial for the recipient country, often these loans cause financial hardship to those countries for years and decades to come. I highly recommend checking out Alex Gladstein's book Hidden Repression as it dives deep into each of the topics of this podcast. I hope you all enjoy!
