Our second entry in our Very Special Episode series of the films that made us from 2007 is the Jerry Seinfeld Dreamworks collaboration “Bee Movie”

After predicting the winner of this year’s Super Bowl we kind of let things get away from us as we discuss the mental gymnastics required to enjoy sports as we are halfway through one of the most controversial Olympics in recent history, comedy biopics, hoping to make light of such controversies, being welcomed back to Raccoon City, and the announcement of a resurrection of an old cancelled animated show and a brief examination of a big fix made by another.

After 23 years Devon finally sat down and watched “Fight Club” and he has some thoughts to share about the experience, which please Sejohn because it finally recontextuallizes most of the conversations your two host companions have had over the course of their 17 years of friendship

In this very special episode we kick off our 2022 theme of revisiting those films that Devon and Sejohn saw together 15 years ago for the first time in theater in 2007 and what better place to start than with the double feature that started this whole train of cinematic adventures off "Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer" and "Ocean’s Thirteen."

In our second Epicsode we are joined by Will to discuss every iteration of How I Met Your Mother. From the first series that ran from 2005-2014, the failed pilot for How I Met Your Dad from 2014, and the latest iteration How I Met Your Father that premiered on Hulu this past week. 

Along the way we will explore the effect the franchise has on each of us on personal level as well as our social group dynamics, before finally sharing how we hope things will work with the latest series and how they can avoid the pitfalls of their predecessors.

We celebrate the first episode of Season 6 of the Say Report, and what would have been Betty White's 100th Birthday, by detailing our plans for the year including our first Epicode focusing on the How I Met Your Mother Universe and its growth in 2022, the theme of this years Very Special Episodes, and a glance back at how far we have come as podcasters in the last five years.

In our Season Five Finale we discuss what it has been like making plans when it seems like it will be another year in lockdown, which leads us down a wonderful winding path of CW Production Models, the connections between “Sex and the City” and “iCarly,” the obsolescence mantra of modern American capitalism, and some recent experiences with video games.
