It’s a weird and wacky episode this week on The Say Report, beginning with Devon and Sejohn sharing one of their only proven theories from College, relating specifically to knowledge of Naughty By Nature’s seminal classic "O.P.P."

The guys also use this episode to catch up on catching up with show’s they have watched over the last few weeks and how they handled the post-halloween blues

To finish up Sejohn convinces Devon to watch Brian Fuller’s “Hannibal” and Devon shares his final thoughts after completing the final challenge of Super Mario Odyssey, the results of which may shock you!!

We begin this week’s episode positing our own theory regarding the ultimate question of Life, The Universe, and Everything, before Devon ad Sejohn share their experiences over the weekend playing video games virtually adjacent to one another.

From there we take a look at not only the cinema from the nineteen-nineties, but the lack of culture that existed during said decade.

Of course it would be an episode of The Say Report if we didn’t discuss Marvel and DC movies, especially since both of the comic giants have movies releasing this month in theaters.

Finally the guys discuss how the trailer for "Downsizing" rocked them both to their emotional and physical cores.

This week the Say Report becomes self-aware as they technically penetrate Devon’s barrier of episodes recordings for a single podcast. Leading into Devon continuing to make Sejohn wait for details about Super Mario Odyssey as he recounts his Halloween escapades over the weekend.

After Devon finally shares his impressions regarding his time with Super Mario Odyssey, Sejohn regales us with his own Halloween themed adventures in the world of video gaming.

wrapping things up Devon recounts the three films he saw since the last episode confessing that he has seen the first film of the year that might actually get some awards attention.

Then Sejohn speaks about the difficulties of the new Hulu User Interface, dealing with the nineties Woody Woodpecker cartoon, and finding Halloween films that aren’t necessarily horror films.

Then in a last ditch effort Devon relates his time with Castlevania: Symphony of the Night over the weekend

We begin this episode by celebrating the golden age of television animation by speaking on some of our favorite modern animated programs including Teen Titans, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Adventure Time, and Dan Vs.

This rousing topic is inspired by the announcement of “Teen Titans Go To The Movies” which means we also can’t help ourselves and dive head first into a discussion about the cinematic efforts of DC.

Devon then takes things up a notch and asks a question about deficiencies in modern technology that ends in The Say Report having the best idea ever for a modern day remake of all those weird, high-concept television shows from the past.

As Tom Petty still remains in a quantum state Sejohn and Devon give their recommendations on how to best honor the prolific artist should the cat be dead once the box is opened.

Then onto the question at hand Devon seeks to answer his mother’s question about what happened to Randy Quaid with help from resident expert Sejohn.

In return Devon allows Sejohn to unburden his feelings regarding Jeepers Creepers 3 and how much moral leeway should be allowed in the world of art and cinema

We start by making good on our promise to discuss new CBS show offerings The Crossing and Young Sheldon, which ends up putting a bit of a target on the Columbia Broadcasting System where we squarely aim at least 10 years worth of gripes and grievances regarding their track record of keepings shows on the air well past their expiration date, their new streaming service, and a severe lack of Designing Women.

Then Devon finally gets to have a discussion two years in the making about Hercules being the Jesus Christ of Greece and what that means in relationship to Christianity, based primarily on the two depictions of the mythical character in the cinema of 2014

Devon’s week of sickness leads to discussion of crazy voices and video games including Hatoful Boyfriend and the Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite Demo.

Then Sejohn drops the bomb we’ve all been waiting for that he finally saw The Emoji Movie and agrees that its a way better movie than it needs to be, prompting Devon to remind the world that Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return is a thing that not only exists but it worth your time.

Finally we begin our examination of the new television shows for the Fall 2017 season, including returning favorites Will & Grace and Roseanne. Which culminates in promise to discuss The Crossing and Young Sheldon next week!
