Imam Ali (as) said: "Kill the armed robber, and as regards to its consequences I am responsible for his blood." al-Mahasin, vol 2, p 107, hadith no. 1289

The Prophet (saw) said: "Waging war against a Muslim brother is a sin, and to insult him a transgression." Kanz al-Ummal, hadith no. 39878

Imam Ali (as) said: "Abstain from useless, blameable obstinancy, for it will begin wars." Ghurar al-hikam, hadith no. 2674

The Prophet (saw) said: "Whoever commits a sin and then bears the punishment meted out for that sin, then that shall be his atonement." Kanz al-ummal, hadith no. 12964.

The Prophet (saw) said: "Avert the punishments through uncertainties." Man la yahduruhu al-faqih, vol, 8 p. 74, hadith no. 5146.

The Prophet (saw) said: "Compare my tradition with the Book of Allah. If it corresponds with it, then it is from me and I have indeed said it." Kanz al-ummal, hadith no 907.

Imam al-Baqir (as) said: "Truly our tradition enlivens the hearts."  Bihar al-anwar, vol 2, p 144, hadith no. 5

Imam Ali (as) said: "He who is true in his speech will be strong in his argument." Ghurar al-hikam, hadith no. 8482
