In this episode, Rick and Anjel discuss the 1994 movie Barton Fink, directed by the Cohen Brothers and starring John Turturro, about a successful playwright who gets conscripted to write movie screenplays and all the tragic dysfunctional Hollywood characters he meets along the way. During this episode we discuss the pitfalls of being a creative who is unfamiliar with the topic that one is paid to write about and if a playwright can transition to screen plays. We also talked about if this movie aged well 31 years later watching it today.

For this year’s Samhain Special, Enku and Anjel share a beautiful, deep and resonating conversation with Seba, the Southern Fried Witch. In this episode we talk about what is to be haunted, dedicated to the land, and how we as witches have the power to heal generational trauma and connect with the truth of our ancestors.
