We return from our summer break with the first episode of a two-part special, featuring interviews with 6 figures from Irish Premiership clubs Linfield, Cliftonville, Glentoran, Ballymena United, Dungannon Swifts and Carrick Rangers.

Can Portadown secure survival or will Annagh take their place in the top flight and will it be Crusaders or Ballymena United lifting the Irish Cup this weekend? Joining us to talk about the Promotion/Relegation play-off is Billy Stedman and Niall Henderson, plus Adam Lecky and Leroy Millar help us preview Saturday's showpiece at Windsor Park.

Cliftonville and Coleraine meet in Sunday's final. Their managers Paddy McLaughlin and Oran Kearney join Michael to share their thoughts heading into the big game and we speak to Paul Gilmour who will be on commentary duty at Windsor Park for Sky Sports. 

We've reached the Quarter-Final stage of the Irish Cup and our guests Stephen O'Donnell and Bobby Burns will certainly be hoping their respective journeys in this competition won't be ending here.
