Australia is in mourning following the passing of former Deputy Prime Minister, diplomat, Vietnam veteran, author and train enthusiast Tim Fischer.

For years people worried about their heart health have been warned off eggs and virtually all dairy, but now they’ve been declared OK to eat.

The Heart Foundation has conducted a scientific review of its dietary guidelines and has declared it is removing its restrictions on full-fat milk, cheese and yogurt, while the limit on eggs is lifted.
