The water, ‘Frequency H20’, sourced right here in Queensland has won first place at the International Water Tasting Awards in the US.

What’s the longest time you’ve spent on hold?

During Senate Estimates yesterday, head of Human Services Department, Hank Jorgen, admitted that in eight months, Centrelink had 33 million calls that went unanswered.

Receiving 600,000 queries a day, the Centrelink switchboard is the most complicated on the southern hemisphere and Mr Jorgen says it will be his top priority to reduce those calls that go unanswered.
