In this interview I discuss Lucid Dreaming with Robert Waggoner and how it can be used to enhance creativity and musical skills, plus tips for how to get started Lucid Dreaming today.

Robert Waggoner is an expert on the topic of lucid dreaming and the author of the excellent book, ⁠Lucid Dreaming – Gateway to the Inner Self⁠ - which is now in its sixteenth printing. he also co-authored a book called ⁠Lucid Dreaming Plain and Simple⁠ with Caroline McCready.

Mr. Waggoner currently serves on the Executive Committee for the ⁠International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD)⁠ and is a past president of that association. He’s also a co-editor of the online magazine, ⁠The Lucid Dreaming Experience⁠. He recently helped found the non-profit ⁠Lucid Dreaming Foundation⁠ to spread the practice, research and beneficial use of lucid dreaming.
