READY is the front door to the Foundry 360—and it exists to protect owners from wasting time. The most expensive mistake in exit planning isn’t bad advice; it’s good advice delivered at the wrong time. You can spend years building your company, but if you enter a scoring system before you’re positioned to act on what it reveals, the framework becomes shelfware. Most business owners prepare for exit with activity, not measurement. They clean up financials, document some systems, maybe strengthen leadership—but without a comprehensive scoring system, preparation can become motion without clarity.
